The cost of your personalized treatment plan depends on your diagnosis, therapy needs, and insurance coverage. We verify your insurance benefits before starting treatment so you understand the out-of-pocket costs up front. We also offer complimentary consultations to help assess your needs.
Swift Rehabilitation accepts many major insurance providers. You can view our accepted insurance list on the Insurance section of our website, or our billing team can verify benefits for you.
- A deductible is the amount you must pay out of pocket before your insurance begins to pay.
- A co-payment (co-pay) is a fixed fee you pay per visit under your insurance plan.
- Co-insurance is the percentage of the cost you share with the insurance company after your deductible is met.

Billing Information
If you’ve received a statement:
- Go to our Pay My Bill page via any device.
- Create an account, entering the required details.
- Add the patient information with the registration code from your statement.
- You’ll then be ready to pay securely online.
Online payments allow you to view your payment history, receive e-statements, securely store payment methods, and make payments from your phone or computer without needing to mail checks.
If you have questions about charges, statements, or insurance, contact our Billing Support Team at 1-800-SWIFT-RB (1-800-794-3872) or email billing@swiftrehab.com. Please have your insurance card or billing statement handy for reference.
We understand emergencies occur. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, and if you miss an appointment without giving us the required notice, you may incur a $40 cancellation fee.
