Swift Rehabilitation is hiring a licensed New Jersey Occupational Therapist to provide on-site occupational therapy at Fox Trail Memory Care, 116 Route 206, Chester, NJ 07930.
Pay: $55–$65 per visit (paid per visit, PRN / part-time)
Schedule: Flexible
Setting: Assisted living / memory care — outpatient OT provided right in the facility

Requirements: Active New Jersey OT license
